Tillbaka till hockey träning, inflyttning och invigning av nya studion, det tog ett tag men nu ska jag äntligen få flytta in alla saker.

Back to ice hockey practice after a fantastic Christmas. The music studio is now ready to be invaded with instruments!! I’m sooooo happy! Hope that you had a great holiday.

Snow storm in Malmö!

Had a great week in Malmö and Stockholm where I preformed and met some great people!
The weather was a bit crazy so we couldn’t leave to Stockholm as planned, but ended up playing at a talk show that I really like called Robins.
Back home it was time for the yearly ice hockey game against the guys, so much fun but I scored a goal in our own goal by accident, fortunately we won anyway : ))
It’s nice to be back home and will soon get the studio working!

 

 

When its cold you need the right clothes!
My studio is getting ready to rock and I’m leaving for Musikhjälpen in Malmö, its going to be broadcasted on P3 after lunch on the 16^th of December.

Tomorrow I’m going to take a ride!
It’s been a while since I took my snowmobile on a ride but tomorrow I just have to. Today was perfect but had a lot to do so tomorrow I will explore the snow conditions.
That why I still live in the northern part of Sweden, There are so many fun things to do!

This is my new outfit and I love it, after sauna it’s is just perfect and After snowboarding and surfing too!
Some years ago I said to my friends that adults also need comfortable and cool clothes to wear at home and I was close to try to make one of my own, but had no time so it never happened. Now I got one and I love it!!

Snart Lördag,

 

Spelade på min fina nya gitarr och snart bär det av till Malmö där jag ska spela för musikhjälpen, det känns extra fint att få spela där.
I morgon så blir det lite rep och planering inför nästa vecka, samt en skön lördags bastu.
Tomorrow its sauna day and I’m going to prepare myself a little for next week, I’m going to play at “musikhjälpen” in Malmö.

Finally I got to go! I met up with some friends of mine and we had a wonderful time at the market, we listened to fairytales in one of the small old barns and that was magic!

Hej!

 

Knäet är bättre, snart blir det träning igen! Håller på med min studio och snart, snart är det klar! Då ska det firas det vill jag lova.
Skriver så mycket musik nu att jag behöver få ner det på pränt och känner mig så peppad på att repa och spela igen.
Hoppas att det blir poker turnering snart igen, det var länge sedan och det kan man ju faktisk göra med ett risigt knä med! : )

The knee is better and soon I will be back on track again. My new studio is coming together and i can’t wait until its ready!!
A memory from last year crossed my mind and it was about a poker tournament, I love that game and hopefully my friends will get together and play soon again, I miss that!

Har haft en lite tätare period av olika saker, musik såklart och foto samt lite tv.
Råkade skada mitt knä på gårdagens hockeyträning och hade tur som fick snabb hjälp på Norrlandskliniken här i Umeå.
Vila och kryckor, då blir det tid för att spela in lite nya låtar jag komponerat.
Hoppas att det går över fort så jag kan träna snart igen!

Just came back from Stockholm where i had a photoshoot, it was  nice actually, I don’t like photoshoots in general but this one was nice, maybe it was because we were in a studio.
I hurted my knee during yesterdays icehockey practice so now I jump around like crazy..Had to go to the hospital and have to rest now..
Hope that it will get better soon!

Me and Helen Sjöholm, two happy singers together after the show. A new record was set and I truly hope that it can save more women with Breast cancer.
I admire you all in your struggle. That night made it all very real and not everyone is saved, I hope that the research will progress.
we all gave our best and I will never forget that night…
